My Story
I discovered Reflexology in 2016.
I had been on my healing & wellness journey for over a decade. Throughout the years, I have uncovered many aliments (Epstein Barr Virus, Lyme Disease, Hashimoto & several Auto Immune complications) and I've healed decades of emotional trauma along the way. I am thankful for the opportunity to work with several incredible practitioners over the years who have helped guide me through my journey & help me uncover the strength & healing capabilities within myself. My path continues & has lead me where I am today.
I am thankful for the opportunity to support others on their healing journey as they navigate their path to health & wellness.
I am a Certified Foot & Face Reflexologist.
I have completed 300+ hours of Reflexology Education from Sole Purpose Reflexology School with an NCRE Certified Reflexology Instructor, Emilee Eide in Woodstock Illinois.
I am committed to continuing my education to better serve my clients & broaden my knowledge of these specialized holistic modalities.

Reflexology interrupts the patterns of stress in the body, both internal & external stressors. It gives the body the opportunity to tap into its innate ability to heal. Facial Reflexology Session
